Small Abalone Shell Pill Box
This is a very pretty tiny Silver pill box with an abalone shell lid. It is very small and would be ideal for storing a couple of pills in.
The side has a lovely ornate pattern all around it. The lid has a rope pattern around the edge and a beautiful piece of Abalone Shell with blue green colours to it.
The hinge and clasp work well and it has a Silver interior.
