A stunning, large Chinoiserie black lacquered cocktail cabinet. The front having naturalistic on-laid coloured soap stone decoration including a pagoda, Geisha girl, child, trees, mountains, flowers and 2 women playing a game at a table all within gilded and painted frames with polished brass lock plate. The reverse of the doors with further soapstone and gilded decoration. The interior having mirrored back with plate glass shelf. The sides and top having further lacquered decoration of flowering trees with birds. The decorated base with cabriole legs and joined with an under shelf. This cabinet is in excellent condition with no missing parts and has been cleaned and burnished to a very high standard in our own workshops. Transports in 1 piece. Dimensions:- Height…58.5’’/ 149cm.
