Superb Antique French Tortoiseshell Purse c1860
Quality Antique Tortoiseshell Purse made circa 1870. Tortoiseshell casing with brass hinge and clasp, and Gold inlaid vacant cartouche. Original silk lining.
Possibly French in origin, the purse measures 7 x 4 x 1,5 cm.
Overall in excellent condition with no damage to the tortoiseshell or the silk lining. Good strong hinge and clasp.
