This a very handsome Georgian Regency bookcase in rosewood with imposing Corinthian columns. The bookcase dates from the Regency Period (1811-1820) and is in excellent order. The brass grille doors enclose a painted interior and the bookcase has smart pillaster supports and two cupboard doors below with an egg and dart decorated moulded plinth base. This very attractive tasteful bookcase is of quite compact proportions measuring just 168 cms high, 127 cms wide and 35 cms deep.
