A superb Regency dressing chest with ebony stringing. The lift up top opens to reveal an adjustable dressing mirror and various storage compartments. This piece has a wonderful undisturbed colour and patina, the mellow tones add character and charm to this fabulous chest. The reeded legs reflect the quality of this piece, they terminate in original brass cupped castors.
A rare and unusual piece in a wonderful authentic condition, solid and stable and perfect for display or everyday use.
