A superb Victorian walnut and marquetry inlaid open bookcase. The book matched top above a cushion moulded frieze with marquetry inlaid flowers and gilded beading. The stiles having very good cast gilded mounts with a marquetry inlaid castle and mountains set within further floral inlay. The interior with 2 walnut faced shelves and the whole raised on a shaped plinth with cross grain mouldings and decorative gilded mount. Condition- Very good.
