An exquisite Susie Cooper art deco coffee can and saucer in great vintage condition with no chips, cracks or hairlines. The paintwork is excellent, just a couple of minute flecks, one on the top rim. A tiny indent to the handle from manufacture. A tiny rough spot under the saucer rim is a kiln resting point. No restoration or overpainting. Please look closely at the photos as they form part of the description. Great condition for its age.
Grays galleon and pattern number 7996 indicates 1928 and described in the Susie Cooper pattern number guide as - Floral in green, yellow, orange, purple red, grey and black with red line to edge.
