Sycamore Top Victorian Dresser
A fine example of a mid-Victorian housekeeper’s dresser / sideboard. This piece is topped with solid 1.5inch thick sycamore planks. The base unit is made of pine and is in the original scrumble paint finish, which does have some signs of wear as it has been in daily use. The base unit consists of six drawers and a large cupboard with an internal shelf.
The dresser is in good condition, but as you can appreciate, it will have some signs of general wear and tear due to its age. The piece oozes charm and character and would be a lovely addition to any farmhouse kitchen or period property.
