Table rare fine Sheraton Mahogany c1780
Here we have the finest of Sheraton period antique tables c1780. As you can see the table has fantastic untouched colour and patina. This rare small table is in remarkable condition as so many of these tables have been broken either by snapped legs or legs coming apart from the stem. This one is in original condition. The top is made from the finest Mahogany with a Satinwood border and stunning octagonal shape. The top is original to the base as the impression of the stem is clear on the underside of the top. The stem is exquisitely turned and finished with the most elegant of legs with scalloped decoration between. One of the best tables we have had through our showroom. A fine and rare untouched Sheraton period table in excellent condition ready for your home. The dimensions are approx 71 cm high 50 cm wide 50 cm deep.
