Elegant Georgian mahogany floor standing corner cupboard c.1800. In two sections, the tall top with three shaped shelves over a shorter base with two shelves. Panelled doors with matching and particularly well-figured flame mahogany veneers. Crisp moulded cornice, canted corners with raised detail, reeded waist trim and inlaid ebony escutcheons. Original painted interior. With some earlier repairs and restorations. The lower shelf in the top section has been cut to allow height for taller items such as bottles. Excellent colour and condition, cleaned and waxed in our workshops.
