Originally designed in 1918 by Gerrit Rietveld from the ‘De Styijl’ art movement from this period, this example is from the 1970’s and possibly made by Dutch cabinet maker Gerard Groenkan, the chair has age related wear and patina, the structure is solid with no loose joints or movement.
