A Bristol dial antique clock. A 12" painted dial signed 'Gath & Co Bristol'. A mahogany case with a brass bezel surround. A quality tapered plate timepiece mechanism of 8-day duration. Circa 1885.

Thomas Gath was born in Taunton in 1807. He worked in Small Street, Bristol from 1846 until 1885.
