Late19th/early 20th century ebonised bentwood child's rocking chair by the Austrian antique furniture makers Thonet. (The burned makers stamp can be seen on the under-side of the seat rail). The chair is in good original condition. The caned seat has been re-caned and is in perfect condition the caned back has a 9cm strip of cane missing on the top right bend both on the front and the back, and 2 small breaks in the cane.
