Two 19th Century oak silver chests by Elkington & Co. Silversmiths, Regent Street, London. Both chests are iron strapped with domed rivets and have original wrought iron carrying handles. The interiors retain the original green baise lining and offer excellent storage. There is a vacant brass plate to the top of each chest. The condition of the chests is very good, they are polished on all sides to allow them to free stand. These super silver chests would sit with a traditional or modern scheme, adding style to any room.
