Unusual French Sturgeon, Caviar Trade Shop Sign 

This is an unusual old sign, it is French in origin, as are most things to with fine food.
The sign is composed with a painted metal fish or Sturgeon (fins and all) which hangs on a wall this is a tradition dating back to the 1900s
 
This is a very unusual a rare piece and well worth adding to any collection or it would be authentic shop decoration
The sign is 16” high and 42” long) and about 7” from side to side
