An unusual large and fine shaving mirror. The mirror is typical of shaving mirrors with a heavy cast brass and weighted base, a telescopic stem and a tilting oval mirror, it is however much larger. The whole is of very fine quality and in very good condition, it even has the original bevelled glass mirror plate. The only minor fault is a very small chip on the mirror the size of a pencil point. This is a fine and decorative mirror of large size with huge impact and country house charm. C.1900.
