Oil on canvas from the Russian artist Vasily Bratanyuc signed and dated 2007 entitled "Red Dress Soloist". Bratanyuc is a painter of contemporary realism, he was born in the town of Starokostyantyniv a very old town in the Vohlynia region.He is a member of the Artists Union and has had many Exhibitions. Many of his paintings are painted from the actual stages of the Marinsky Theatre, the Maly Opera Theatre and the Vaganova Ballet Company.
His works can be found in Greece, Russia, Germany, France,Canada, USA, Gt Britain,Finland and Japan.The Artist lives in St Petersburg Russia.
