Very Fine 18th Century Mahogany Bureau
The best quality Bureau I have seen for years, in the style of 'Chippendale'. It is made the finest "plum-pudding" Cuban mahogany, the colour is fantastic.
The internal fittings are really very fine indeed with blind fret on the drawer fronts and on the document spaces.
This Bureau has three "secret drawers" which are really quite unusual. There is a antiqued wine coloured leather writing surface and this bureau is in excellent condition.
A very special item of antique furniture which may turn out to be a fantastic investment.
