Very Large French Mahogany & Gilt Mirror
This is a superbly ornate and very tall Mirror it has a stunning carved Gilt Cornice which has Acanthus leaves and fruit wound into an armorial crest, the mahogany mirror frame has a ribbon carved edge with a black ebonised border
The mirror frame dates from the early part of the 19th century, the glass is original mercury glass and has a lovely appearance as long as you prefer authentic aged elegance
The Mirror is 74" high and it is 42" wide
