Gorgeous Victorian 18ct gold locket

This large locket is beautifully engraved on both sides with traditional foliate patterns

Suspended from a pendant loop it opens on a hinge with glazed photo compartment to one side

This charming locket looks stunning when worn

It is 5.5cm ( 2 1/4") long including bale x 3.5cm ( 1 1/4")wide
Tests 18ct gold
It dates to the Victorian period circa 1880
