This one possesses a great stance with a good scroll top to the back, nice wide berth to the seat and some real depth. Overall a handsome looking Victorian armchair.
It\'s ripe for new upholstery having enjoyed a bit of a refresh around 15 or so years ago which means the fabric is looking grubby and outdated however underneath is good. No movement in the arms and a decent firmness to the seat. Our upholsterer Mark could reupholster and make it good again for £500 plus 5metres of fabric if you wish or purchase and get the job completed when you desire.
Obviously with that shape and form it’s comfortable and fine looking. The oak legs are firm with all castors present. Again maybe a little French polish could be applied depending on the look you are seeking.

When purchasing from us we include delivery within mainland UK, excluding Scotland, Northern Ireland and the Isles, in the purchase price and liaise with you to ensure delivery is as swift and as smooth as possible. We try our best to deliver within 14 working days. Please call or email for quotes to Scotland, Northern Ireland, the Isles and for World-wide shipping.

Items are delivered by private courier, usually this is a one man service. If you require a two person delivery, please let us know. Smaller items are wrapped and packed (into recycled boxes where possible) and sent via a national courier service, tracking details will be provided once an item has been collected from us.

Terms and conditions

If you are not happy with an item you have 14 days to return it. This is providing that the item is returned, in the condition it left us, within 14 days. Please note that items must be wrapped and insured, with the return cost being covered by you. Once the item is back with us, having had a once over in the workshop, your refund will be issued.

On the rare occasion that an item is damaged in transit, please notify us immediately or within 48 hours and provide us with details and images so we can best remedy the situation.
