A good quality small antique Victorian arts and crafts walnut lamp table with drawer dating from circa 1895 by Marsh Jones & Cribb. The square top above a single frieze drawer on four tapered legs with undertier. The drawer has a beautifully engineered set of brass runners that allows it to extend out fully beyond the table top. Solid and sturdy, a stylish small table in beautifully mellow solid walnut, with good colour and patina. With paper label underneath.

Marsh, Jones & Cribb were a prestigious 19th Century cabinet makers, known for producing high quality antique furniture and their close association with leading designers of the Victorian era such as Charles Bevan, Bruce Talbert and W.R. Lethaby. Originally established as Marsh & Jones circa 1850 in Leeds, they later expanded to Cavendish Square London and becoming Marsh, Jones & Cribb in 1867.
