Victorian British Infantry Officers sword with brass hilt and scabbard (no dents). 1897 pattern. Mark as made by Cooke and Kelvey, Calcutta. Copper wire bound shagreen grip. Some damage to shagreen on one side. Acid etched worn blade with VRI and crown. In generally sound condition.

Approximately 100cm overall and blade length 82cm.
