Antique quality late Victorian C1890 oak glazed 2 part bookcase.

Solid and strong, with no loose joints. A lovely quality piece. We have keys.

Would look great in the right location! The corner panes of each door are cranberry glass. There are some subtle differences between the top and bottom halves...it is believed that the two halves came together in C1900 when they were reglazed to form one large piece to good effect.

Overall maximum dimensions: 97cmW x 38.5cmD x 193cmH (98cmH base plus 95cmH top). Top part shelves: Bottom, 86cmW x 29cmD (30.5cm space above), middle 86cmW x 29cmD (25cm space above), top 86cmW x 29cmD (22cm space above).
Bottom part shelves: Bottom, 87cmW x 33cmD (31cm space above), middle 87cmW x 33cmD (26.5cm space above), top 87cmW x 33cmD (24.5cm space above).
The top shelves are fixed, however those in the bottom are held up by pinned side supports, which could be repositioned to suit a customer's preference.

Historic knocks, marks, chips, cracks, scratches, repairs and alterations, as is always the way with antique furniture of this age. A few historic extinct woodworm holes that have been treated for good measure.
