A large and impressive antique Victorian gothic revival throne chair with caned seat and back panel. It has a back crest rail depicting 2 lions rampant with barley twist side supports and caned central panel. The arms culminate in carved animal heads. The seat is also caned (all newly done) and comes with a red squab cushion. It stands on turned legs with barley twist stretcher. A statement piece that would work well in an entrance or hallway.
