Victorian Handsome Mahogany Filing Cabinet Office

This is a beautiful and usable late Victorian polished mahogany filing cabinet which is ready to go in to your home library or study. Do ask me for a delivery quote and when the courier can bring it to you.
This filing cabinet dates to around 1900 - 1920. It is made in solid mahogany. I love polished mahogany in library and office antique furniture. There is so much manly elegance in it. This is a gem. The filing cabinet stands on a plinth base. The top has a moulded edge. The tambour is in mahogany spars. The cabinet has a brass rebated handles. Inside, the cabinet is shelved in solid mahogany and the shelves are deep and wide taking A4 and larger and so is very usable for modern paperwork.
The cabinet is well polished. Marks from usage as you would expect in a period piece - see photos.Tambour runs smoothly. No damage or worm. This is a very high quality and handsome filing cabinet.
The filing cabinet is 45.5 inches high and 22 inches wide and 18 inches deep. The shelves take A4 paper and larger and are 18 inches wide and 14 inches deep.
