A late 19th century Victorian brown jasper ware stilton dish and cover.

The cover and stand are decorated with fine white pottery grapes, vines, ferns and harebells.

The lid of the cover has a knob handle in the shape of a knotted rope.

The dish is in good condition with a slight hair crack to one side.

The only marks are the letter 'S' and possibly a flower. (Circa 1880)
