Circa 1870. A quality mid Victorian ash library chair. The curved top rail with a large padded back, two simple arms with curved ends supported on shaped uprights, the large scooped solid seat with excellent colour and patination. Back legs are square and out swept and front legs are turned ring turned and finish with a brass cup and brown porcelain castors, the legs are braced by stylish turned stretchers.
