This superb Victorian mahogany partners desk, dating to around 1870, exemplifies timeless craftsmanship and refined elegance. Designed for both style and practicality, it features a newly fitted thick leather hide inset writing surface, expertly hand-dyed to achieve a beautifully faded tan colour with tooled edging.

Constructed in three parts for effortless placement within the home, the desk's top section accommodates three spacious drawers, providing ample workspace organization. It rests upon two sturdy pedestal bases, each fitted with three additional drawers. Every drawer is of fine quality construction, smoothly operating and adorned with turned mahogany handles, cockbeaded fronts, and precise joinery.

The desk is presented in excellent showroom condition, boasting finely panelled ends and an elegantly finished kneehole interior. With its fully polished all-around design, this piece can stand freely in any room, offering a striking focal point from every angle.
