A splendid early/mid Victorian chest of drawers. Well made from solid mahogany , now with a wonderful depth of colour and patina. The arrangement of 2 short over 3 long drawers offers ample storage capacity. Each drawer is fitted with its original solid mahogany bun handle which are inset with mother of pearl. The lock escutcheons are also in mother of pearl, a really charming feature. This attractive and practical chest is offered for sale in excellent condition, ready to go straight into the home.
