Victorian Mahogany Clerks Desk
A nice example of an early Victorian mahogany clerks desk with open shelves. The desk comprises of a sage green leather writing slope which has a pen relief and inkwell hole (no glass liner) to the top. The slope is hinged and lifts to reveal a storage compartment underneath. Beneath the slope are two open shelves which are supported by four nicely turned columns. A superb and useful piece which has been lovingly restored by our workshop.
