Antique Victorian Mahogany Double Wardrobe and dating form around 1880. Constructed form quality mahogany it has a cornice top above a cross banded frieze and two full length flamed mahogany panelled doors with carved cartouche moulding to the top. Internally and to one side there are four sliding mahogany trays above a slim drawer which is velvet lined ( for "delicates") and a further mahogany lined drawer. The other side has a hanging rail and original hooks and cloth lining and to the base there is a long deep drawer which is mahogany lined with original turned mahogany knob handles. It stands on small squat bun feet and separates for ease of transporting.

Measures 83" high x 23" deep x (internal depth 19") x 54" wide

In very good original condition with a lovely deep colour and patination and oozing all the charm and character of the period. Our antique furniture is cleaned and polished using traditional waxing methods.
