Here is a very good quality antique Victorian English mahogany tripod / wine table, circa 1860. The table, which is constructed of solid mahogany, features a fixed top with a thumb-moulded edge. The top features stunning grain configuration. The table features a well shaped and very good quality ring turned and fluted pedestal stem, which terminates in lovely umbrella shaped scroll legs. This table is completely original (i.e. the top and the base are not a marriage) and it has fantastic colour / patination.
This item features a mellow mahogany colour. As it boasts the original polish, it has a fantastic colour and patination this can only be achieved through age and years of care and cleaning it has received.
