A good quality antique Victorian mahogany writing table or desk with 2 drawers. In mellow well-figured mahogany it stands on elegant turned legs. It has a gallery back above two capacious drawers, each with 2 knob-handles (replacements). A well-proportioned piece, it is a good size, offering lots of work space but not too large. In original condition with wear and marks to the top commensurate with age.

Solid and sturdy. Good colour. Some marks, scuffs and wear to the top commensurate with age. Handles are good quality replacements.
