Victorian Rosewood & Brass Inlaid Jewellery Box.
A good quality early Victorian rosewood antique jewellery box, the edges banded in brass and complimented by three lines of brass stringing. The top has the original flush fitting brass carry handle.
The box opens to reveal the original fitted interior in red Morrocan leather, re-lined in a plush red velvet. The lift-out tray reveals a further divided storage area beneath.
With working lock & tassled key.
