Maker: Edwin Page, Chain Manufacturer, Hylton Street, Birmingham.
Three Pence silver coin fob 1896.
Graduated Links.
The maker's mark and date letter is on the T-bar.
The date letter is on the chain.
The marks on the clasp have been rubbed and so little is left, they cannot be read.
There are no silver marks on the coin but silver coins of this age were made using sterling silver.
There are no silver marks on the coin holder and suspension ring so may not be silver.
Approximate dimensions: length 33cm with 4.5 cm for the fob, weight 71.8 grams.
The clasp is in working order.
Although the silver marks on the chain links show some wear, the links are in very good condition.
A good weighty albert in lovely condition.
