An unusual and large English Victorian silver plated chamber stick, marked 'Soho Patent'. Has screw mechanism which pushes the stub of the candlestick out of the sconce (which is detachable), and has detachable candle snuffer and lovely family crest engraved to thumb piece and side. There is also a twin sun makers mark (possibly Matthew Bolton?) Circa 1840.

In good condition - any dark areas are shadows from the photography, there is no damage to the silver plate.
