Victorian Stripped Pine Washstand / Dressing Table
A very pretty Victorian washstand or dressing table in solid stripped pine, with beautiful floral tiles in gold, blue and pink. This table is naïve with beautifully aged wood, featuring a set of 5 pretty tiles with delicate pink, blue and white daisies, and 2 drawers with original metal drop handles. This table would look beautiful in a character home but could equally work alongside modern antique furniture.
Dimensions: Width 94cm, Height 106cm, Depth 46cm.
The table is in good vintage condition, with firm joints and no wobble. There are some marks to the wood, particularly on the top surface. There are also knots and imperfections which date from its construction, which add to its charm. The tiles are gently aged with a slight crackle to the glaze, but aren't damaged or broken.
