This is a lovely Victorian trinket box. On the lid is a classic tumbling block design made of dyed green boxwood, ebony and mahogany. The sides are a feathered walnut which become iridescent in the sunlight. The interior is lined in a gold and green patterned paper. There is a working lock and key.
