As an extremely fine example of Victorian sentimental antique jewellery, this necklace was designed to charm and impress.

Who can resist an adorable little bird perched on a garland of flowers with its sweet head turned to the side looking at you with two tiny pink gemstone eyes as it offers a heart, a token of love?
All set with a myriad of natural turquoise stones in silver, this necklace is beautiful beyond belief.

It is a choker necklace on a belcher link chain with an extended length of 36 cm.
So I would say it’s more suitable for someone with a slender neck.
In the photo you can see how it sits on a medium size neck – it’s a tight fit, but still wearable.

The pendant / central part measures 3 x 2.5 cm (including the heart drop).

Marked ‘800’

It comes in excellent condition for age and would make a fabulous gift to a loved one.
