Vintage Brazilian "Sheriff" Leather Armchair
A stunning and iconic vintage leather armchair, this was designed by the famous Brazilian Sergio Rodrigues. It was made by ISA in Italy, and this dates from the 1960’s.
We obtained this privately from an artists residence in London, and we have had it fully restored. The solid wood frame has been stripped and re-polished, the original leather has been hand coloured and polished black. The frame is in perfect condition and the leather appears almost new. The brown leather seat straps are all original as well, on of the straps has had a professional repair carried out seen in the images it is under the seat cushion, so is not noticeable at all.
Width – 114 cm , 45 inches
Width without cushion – 83 cm , 33 inches
Depth – 94 cm , 37 inches
Depth without cushion – 79 cm , 31 inches
Height – 74 cm , 29 inches
