This convertible powder compact is suitable for modern solid & pressed face powders or as a handbag mirror.
A unused pretty retro unsigned Stratton " Mini-Convertible " powder compact. The lid has a stylish symmetrical design which harks back to a much earlier decade - Art Deco. The lid opens to reveal an excellent mirror which gives a perfect reflection. The compact contains an unused pan of solid face powder with the original acetate cover. The silk and foam puff is present and the whole item in excellent condition. The base is decorated with a gilt granulated effect. All clasps and hinges work perfectly. Gleaming and clean - an ideal gift for those whose love retro accessories.
This powder compact measures 3 " & weighs 72.5 grams.
