Daisette - A very rare Wade figurine made between 1930 and 1936 with a cellulose finish. I have never seen an original Wade figure in such remarkable condition and she looks stunning on display. There are a couple of tiny flea bites and some typical flaking to the side of the face, but the body paint work is still in superb condition. The hands, fingers, feet and parasol have all survived the last 80 years without damage or restoration. Underneath the lower dress layer there is a small patch of red which has been touched up. The previous owner attempted to scrape off an old price ticket and also took off a section of paint. Having said that, the figure is in fabulous vintage condition and has suffered no breakages or restoration work. A full refund plus return postage cost is offered if not as described.
