A very good Queen Anne style burr walnut dressing table suite from the renown workshops of Waring and Gillows. Consisting of 3 pieces including the kneehole table which has a burr walnut top with 5 graduated, cock beaded and cross banded drawers with brass pear drop handles, brass escutcheons and working locks and keys. The whole raised on baluster turned legs united with shaped stretchers. The dressing mirror of triptych form with a shaped top and bevel edged mirrors. The base having 3 cross banded drawers with brass axe head handles and raised on short bracket feet. The conforming walnut dressing table chair with newly upholstered seat and the whole is in very good condition with slight speckling to the mirrors. Base Height…30.5’’/ 77.5cm. Width…45’’/ 114cm.
