Early 19th.c. oak Welsh potboard dresser base c.1800. Simple design with a raised plate stand over a single long oak plank top and three drawers below. Straight apron with an applied thumb moulding and raised on four chamfered front legs joined with a potboard shelf made of five wide oak boards. Later handles and old marks where a rack was previously fitted. Otherwise excellent condition and a particularly good colour. Cleaned and waxed in our workshops.
