Circa 1900. An interesting stylish mahogany buffet by Whytock & Reid of Edinburgh. The flamed mahogany top with shaped gallery with glass insert. All 4 drawers are stamped Whytock & Reid, Edinburgh, each with stylish cast brass swan neck handles with pierced flower head backplates, there is a shaped flamed mahogany apron which continues around the curved sides. The whole piece rests on four classic Lorimer feet.
