WINDSOR LOW BACK ARMCHAIRS, SET OF 12 IN ASH & ELM, C1850

A well matched set of 12 x Windsor low back armchairs in ash with elm seats (one chair with an alder seat), with ‘fleur-de-lys’ fretted splats, crinoline stretchers and three ring turned legs. All have gone through our workshop and are firm and ‘ready to go’, three chairs with ‘tips’ to feet. There is some colour variation as you might expect, but the set hangs together well. Nottinghamshire c1850. May split.

Between arm supports : 39 - 42 cms

Seat depth - from bottom of splat to front edge of seat : 34 - 37 cms
