World War One Trench Art Ashtray with a French 50 Centimes silver coin inserted in the centre. A lovely piece of trench art which is made from a German shell dated 1915 made in Magdeburg Germany, which leads me to believe that this is a piece of German trench art, rather than an allied piece.
Dimentions. 9cm in circumference and 2cm high.
