WW2 Cyma military pocket watch and albert
A vintage WW2 Cyma GSTP military stem winding pocket watch.
The watch has a signed stem-winding movement which is ticking away nicely.
The watch measures 52mm diameter excluding the winding stem and the loop. The case back is stamped with the military arrow or pheon, together with the GSTP reference (General Service Time Piece or Trade Pattern). The front of the case is in good condition. The snap-on case back has scratches and marks commensurate with its age and probable history, and a small area of plate has worn through where the case back has been removed in the past. The centre of the case back dips inwards.
The acrylic lens has a little marking but nothing too detrimental at all.
The white enamel dial is signed Cyma, Swiss Made. The dial has faint hairline cracks and light wear to the numerals but otherwise it is in nice condition. Original blued steel hands... a little of the infill is missing from the hour hand. Subsidiary seconds dial and an outer minute track.
The watch comes on a single leather albert. ALL PRICES INCLUDE UK POSTAGE.
