WW2 Trench Art Cigarette Case Made by POW Lady Cowboy on Horseback etc. A beautiful and unusual piece of trench art. Which is believed to be made from aluminium from a shot down plane. The item is extremely well carved/created, its has multiple decorations, including a Lady/Cowgirl on horseback, good luck symbols, the Mad Hatter from Alice in Wonderland and a chimpanzee. Because of the carving I think this was made buy a bomber pilot/crew and these would have been motives, possibly from a B17 Flying Fortress. Which leads me to think its made by a POW possibly an American airman. Please study the photos as these form part of the description.
Dimensions are 7.5 cm High, 13.6cm Across and 1.9cm wide.
